Building 3 was part of the old Fleetwood Shirt factory, next door to Fleetwood Metal Body which made automobile chassis for the most expensive cars in the world from 1909-1931 – Bentley, Rolls Royce, Duesenberg, Packard and of course, Cadillac. Adjacent to the railroad tracks, the historic location and architecture of the golden age of American industry and manufacturing has been preserved in Building 3 and now offers an ideal space for hosting small events, conferences and seminars. With large windows on all sides, Building 3 has excellent natural light for photography, along with an open floor plan with radiant heat, very high ceilings with large, open wooden joists and a collection of restored vintage, industrial explosion proof lighting fixtures.
